Service Description
A short, friendly conversation where you can share what has brought you to counselling, what kind of support you are looking for and what you hope to gain from the process. I will briefly explain how I work, what I can offer within my scope of practice and whether my approach may suit your needs. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward with a full counselling session. There is no pressure or commitment to continue.
Cancellation Policy
Counselling sessions are booked in advance and confirmed once payment is received. I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions are generally non-refundable; however, genuine emergencies will always be approached with understanding and compassion. If I need to cancel, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
